Tim, the son of missionaries and raised in Puerto Rico, understands the differences in people and how a lack of understanding impacts the quality of relationships. He holds a Master’s Degree in Education from The University of Oklahoma and a Master’s Degree in Community Counseling from The University Of Central Oklahoma.  

Tim became a licensed professional counselor and specialized in working with couples in conflict.  He discovered that powerful listening; communication, and conflict management skills are vital to all healthy relationships.  He also learned that what works for couples, also works for most relationships whether it’s in a home or in the workplace. 

Tim provides training in listening, communication, conflict management, mediation, and team building. His work is based training and facilitating trust-based relationships. Tim lives in Edmond, Oklahoma with his wife. He has two married sons,and one grandson.
